Isabele Safrine, a Local 25 clerical worker at Winthrop Town Hall, the storm brought her three granddaughters to stay with her from Ocean Springs, Mississippi.  The two younger girls will attend the Winthrop public school, while the oldest will have to put off college plans until things are more settled.  “We are so thankful for the help of our co-workers, neighbors and friends,” Safrine said.
